Q: Is loved+blessed® a Christian company?


Q: When can I expect to start receiving my monthly box?

A: Yes!  We are a Christian subscription box. Our mission is to encourage women to walk in faith and trust God.  Learn more about loved+blessed® on our About Us page.


A: Our boxes ship around the 22nd of each month so that you can receive encouragement around the 1st of each month.  Most subscribers receive their boxes early!  Subscribe on or before the 21st and you will receive your 1st box of encouragement on or before the 1st of the upcoming month.  Subscribe on or after the 22nd and you will receive your 1st box on or before the 1st day of the month after the upcoming month.  Subsequent boxes will arrive around the 1st of each month for the length of your subscription.  

Example: If you subscribe on March 15th, you'll receive your 1st box by April 1st.  If you subscribe on March 25th, you'll receive your 1st box by May 1st.

Q: How will my box be shipped?

A: Boxes are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Shipping is $4 per box within the United States.  Outside the U.S. additional postage rates vary.  You will receive an email when your box ships with a USPS tracking number.  Boxes ship from Los Angeles, California.

Q: When will I be charged?

A: For month-to-month subscriptions, your card will be charged for your 1st box at the time of checkout.  You will be re-billed automatically on the 1st of each month.   For 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions, you will be charged at checkout and your subscription will auto-renew based on your subscription length.  Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.  The charge will appear as jamiladanielle designworks™ on your credit card statement.

Q: Does my subscription auto-renew?

A: Yes all monthly, 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions auto-renew on the 1st day of each month.  Gift subscriptions do NOT auto-renew.  

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: We hate to see you go, but if you must….

You can cancel at any time, without penalties or hidden fees. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.  You can easily manage your account by clicking on login.  

If you cancel on the 1st of the month, after your subscription has renewed, that box will be your last one.  From the account management page, you can also pause your subscription or reactivate it if you've previously cancelled.  

If you're one of our loyal subscribers who joined before July 26th, 2015 and would like to log into your account, visit our login page, click "Forgot Password".  Then check your inbox for an email from us.  The email will allow you to set your password.  For any questions, just send an email to or submit a note through our Contact Us page.

Q: I'm signing up for a gift subscription.  How do they work and how will the recipient know it's from me?

A: When you gift a subscription to a friend or loved one, we'll ask you for their email address and the date you'd like us to notify them.  They will be sent an e-card to let them know you've blessed them with a gift subscription to the box of encouragement.   Once they claim their gift we'll ask them for their mailing address and you'll be notified that they have redeemed their gift!

Q: Is it possible to order a box from a previous month?

A: Yes, we keep some of our most popular boxes and gifts in stock.  Please check out our Shop to see what's available. If you're looking for a particular item that's not in the Shop, please use the form on our Contact Us page and let us know which box you are interested in. 

A:  The items in our Shop are kept in inventory and are packed per order, which unfortunately increases our manufacturing, storage, labor and shipping costs.  Our monthly subscriptions are manufactured in bulk, packed in groups and come in and out of our facility quickly, which allows us to reduce the these costs. When you subscribe we are able to pass the savings along!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We measure the value of our boxes a little differently than most subscription box companies. It's hard to assign a monetary value to encouragement.  We strive to fill our boxes with items that support each months theme and in doing so most of our products are designed and manufactured exclusively for us. loved+blessed is about hope, rather than products. 

A: Subscription boxes cannot be returned.  If you have received a damaged item, please Contact Us and we will send you a replacement.  One-time purchases from our Shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Return shipping is not provided.  Items must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging.  Depending on the item, a $1-$3 re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of repackaging.

A: We are able to accommodate most large quantity orders, however this is dependent on which box theme you are interested in and the date you need them delivered by.  To inquire, please use the form on our Contact Us page.  Additional shipping costs may apply.

Q: Is it possible to order a large quantity of boxes for my women's group or a special event?
