Hi, I'm Jamila

And for as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a wife and mother.

Like most little girls, I played house and would name and care for all my dolls.

Into adulthood, my life and thoughts revolved around my desire to be a mother—I was ready.

But after getting married, my husband and I found out that something was wrong with me.

I felt devastated.

After 5 years of failing to conceive, I began a season of prayer and fasting.

It was in one of those quiet times with the Lord that He whispered something to me that I’ll never forget.

"Jamila, you are an encourager."

I became less focused on the loss of my dream of motherhood and more focused on helping other women through the trials they faced.

He gave me a new dream.

It's been over 8 years now since this infertility journey began.

I still have hope that if God's Will is to bless us with a child, He'll do it. He is able.

And if not, I've accepted that He has given me a special assignment…

…to use the talents He has given me to encourage as many women as I can.

If my husband and I are never blessed with children, I still want to leave a legacy of encouragement.

Your struggle may not be infertility, but no matter what it is....

He will make ALL things work together for the good of those who love Him and who submit to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Remember…

there is nothing you're going through that God can't see you through.

Things may happen that we don't expect, but nothing surprises God.

He knows what you’re going through.

He has a plan for you.

And it's better than the plan you can dream up for yourself.

So, I hope you'll join me on my mission to bring more positivity to the world…

…and leave a legacy of encouragement for generations to come.

Hugs, Jamila

Over 52,738 care packages delivered.

Countless people encouraged.

Increasingly, discouragement effects more and more lives every day. It can be hard to hold on to hope, which is why we’ve decided to step in and make a difference.

The profit from every box we ship is either:

  • donated to a charity
  • used to cover the cost of running our free online community
  • used to pay for shipping when we give away encouraging care packages and products to those struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts
  • used to fund our ability to give encouraging gifts to those living in nursing homes, hospice care and children who are being bullied
  • cover the cost of partnering with other ministries and non-profit organizations that spread hope to hurting people

Together, we can work to pass hope on and deliver more encouragement.
